We ship globally (except for some remote areas and parts of Asia) to bring pop culture joy right to your doorstep! Here’s how it works:

• Order Processing Time: We need 1-2 days to get your order ready. We’re fast, but we want to make sure every item is packed with care!
• Shipping Methods & Times:
  • Standard Shipping: Uses DHL or FedEx. Your goodies will arrive in 10-15 days after shipping. Cost: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we use EMS. Delivery takes 15-25 days after shipping. Perfect for stocking up on Disney Classic or Creative Packaging items!

Note: Shipping times are estimates and might vary based on your location. We’ll send tracking info so you can follow your package’s adventure!

🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If something’s off, here’s our easy-peasy return and exchange process.

📅 Return & Exchange Timeframe

You have 15 days from the date you receive your items to request a return or exchange. That’s plenty of time to try on those Fruit Ninja outfits or admire your Bling Bling accessories!

✅ What Can Be Returned/Exchanged?

• Items in original condition with tags attached.
• Unwashed and unworn clothing (we can tell if you’ve battled in those Assassin’s Creed boxer briefs! 🗡️).
• Products with original packaging intact.
• Items that arrived damaged or defective—we’ll fix that fast!

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned?

Attention collectors and enthusiasts! Due to hygiene and copyright reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

• BOXER BRIEFS & UNDERWEAR: For obvious hygiene reasons—keep it fresh! 🔒
• OPENED CREATIVE PACKAGING ITEMS: If the packaging is part of the product experience (like unboxing a treasure), it’s non-returnable once opened.
• SPECIAL EDITION DUCK-THEMED ITEMS: If the seal is broken, these collectibles stay with you. 🦆
• BLING BLING ACCESSORIES: If they show signs of wear, they’re yours to shine with! 💎

🔄 The Return/Exchange Process

2. Fill Out Our Simple Form: Use the template below to make it super easy! Just copy, paste, and customize.
3. Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and get back to you pronto.
4. Ship Items Back: Once approved, send the items to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake. For exchanges, we’ve got the shipping covered for your new goodies!

• Refund Timeline: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Refund Method: Funds go back to your original payment method:
  • Visa, MasterCard, JCB: 3-5 business days after processing.
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing.
