We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. That gives you plenty of time to try on those Disney Classic goodies or show off your Bling Bling accessories! ⏰

- Items in original condition with tags attached
- Unwashed and unworn clothing (we can tell if you’ve battled in those Fruit Ninja outfits! 🍉)
- Products with original packaging intact
- Items that arrived damaged or defective
🚫 What Can’t Be Returned?
Attention collectors and enthusiasts! Due to hygiene and copyright reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- 🔒 BOXER BRIEFS & UNDERWEAR (for obvious hygiene reasons!)
- 🎭 OPENED CREATIVE PACKAGING ITEMS where the packaging is part of the product experience
- 🦆 SPECIAL EDITION DUCK-THEMED ITEMS with broken seals
- 💎 BLING BLING ACCESSORIES that show signs of wear
🔄 The Return/Exchange Process

- Fill Out Our Simple Form – Use the template below to make it super easy! 📝
- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond faster than you can say “Bored of Director!” (usually within 24 hours)
- Ship Items Back – Once approved, send items to: 2834 Virgil Street, Panama City, US 32405
- Get Your Refund/Exchange – We process within 3-5 business days after receiving your return
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was our mistake. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping to send your new items! 🌍✈️
